standards of practice

Surety Home Inspections is a full-service residential home inspection company that serves DFW and surrounding areas.  During all home inspections, we follow the  Standards Of Practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). We encourage our clients to read through these standards before receiving an inspection, as it will help them understand the inspection process, what is inspected and what is not included in each home inspection. After reading, you will know what to expect and have any questions prepared if they arise.
